Industrial Leasing Executive/ Manager (Korea desk)

The ideal candidate is a motivated, details-oriented individual who possesses excellent leasing skills and a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with Korean speaking customers.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Conducting periodic market surveys and brief reports as assigned.
• Establishing, maintaining and managing database of existing and potential customers following instructions of (Senior) Leasing Manager(s).
• Coordinating the other related departments such as marketing and communication, investment, legal and CRM.
• Updating the document control system where needed.
• Assisting Leasing Manager(s) to accomplish the workflow to execute the leases.
• Supporting Leasing Manager(s) to coordinate Handover to CRM department from PM department and general contractors.
• Working closely with internal advisory teams and external consultants regarding lease inquiries.
• Assisting customers in defining their needs and participating in negotiations.
• Preparing, developing and conducting sales presentation for customers.
• Meeting goals set by Department Head.

Others responsibilities

• Assisting in the marketing of the property development.
• Other responsibilities and duties assigned by upper management from time to time

Requirement

• Strong market research skills.
• Knowledge of real estate practices.
• Analytical skills.
• Critical thinking.
• Able to establish networks with clients.
• Excellent Korean skills (listening/ speaking/ reading/ writing).
• Fluent in English language besides Korean and Vietnamese.
• Computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs.
