Indochina Kajima signs the land reservation agreement with Deep C Quang Ninh

On July 26, 2022, Indochina Kajima signed the land reservation agreement with Deep C Quang Ninh for the 7.6 ha project of Core5 Vietnam. The total investment of this project reaches USD 23.9 million. At completion, the project will add approximate 65,000 m2 net leasable area of (hybrid) factory for lease to the market. 

The signing ceremony was organized within the framework of the Quang Ninh Investment Promotion Conference 2022 with the participation of around 130 business leaders from 21 APEC economies. More than US$1.7 billion in FDI capital was committed to the northeastern province of Quảng Ninh at the conference.

In H1 2022, Quang Ninh has issued investment certificates for 9 FDI projects with a total capital of 149.6 million USD. Currently, in the province, there are 150 FDI projects of investors from 20 countries around the world, with a total registered investment capital of USD 8.26 billion.
